Sidora launched in 2015, born from the synthesis of companies working in the information technology field, and is involved in developing and producing advanced solutions that allow the remote monitoring and managing of services for Smart Cities.

VISION
Public lighting is part of a wider and more articulate context then that of toponymy and road network. At the public lighting network are to be imputed, directly and indirectly, demands, problems and different kinds of solution, more or less “smart”. It is in this very context that we study and offer technological solutions that can have a positive impact on the environment.

ADVANCED REMOTE-MONITORING SYSTEMS
We study, design, create and manage advanced technological solutions for the remote-monitoring of systems through End-to-End projects: from the earliest stages of designing and planning, until the implementation and maintenance of the device. Thanks to a team of engineers and an in-house laboratory, we have engineered increasingly advanced Proprietary Technology and developed a reference Information System that is complete and modular.
DESIGNING, ENGINEERING AND PRODUCING
Everything is realized in-house by Sidora: from design, passing through tests until the actual production. The experience gained over the years has forced us to face the continuous technological progress, making it possible for us to increase our internal skills considerably. All this has brought us to the creation of a product that is currently regarded as a best practice on our territory.
IoT PLATFORMS FOR SMART CITIES AND SMART BUILDINGS
Our system has the looks of an IoT platform designed for Smart Cities and Smart Buildings.
- It provides energy audit services by gathering information that are useful to substantiate the decision-making process of the different parties involved (ESCos, municipalities, authorities, private companies, citizens).
- It enables a more efficient management of the energy, while also augmenting the intrinsic value of the operated system.
The level of technological integration reached allows us to interoperate with the entire standard sensor technology in the field of Smart Buildings and Smart Cities. Enabling also the monitoring and managing of utilities (water, energy and gas), the controlling of the environment (e.g., air quality measuring, noise pollution and air conditioning). Moreover, the monitoring of charging stations for electric mobility, of video security and of refrigeration for industrial facilities.

We never stop. Our approach encourages us to always experiment and implement new technologies in order to meet the market needs in a way that is always more effective and efficient, all thanks to the ongoing investments in Research and Development and partnerships with major players in the market.
CALL CENTER AND CONTROL ROOM
The services provided to our customers are handled by a staff that is in-house, trained and qualified. This is the reason why we are capable of giving accurate and timely responses.
Our Call Center offers customer support seven days a week, with the actual operator during the day and an answering machine during the night. The users are provided with a real time support that allows us to quickly solve any issue with the hardware or software of the installed device. Our clients also have the opportunity to connect our call center with their own toll-free number, for an even more complete service.
Furthermore, our Control Room, comprised of operators working inside our company, offers a real time management and analysis of each device, providing useful data for the decision-making team. The constant monitoring and managing of the ticket system allow us to report responsively any anomaly to the system manager. Fundamental in reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance costs.
