Our qualified staff members are capable of handling and analysing each system real time, in order to help in the decision-making process. Through a constant monitoring and managing of the ticketing system it is made possible to promptly report any anomaly to the system operator, with the aim of minimizing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance costs.

INTERNAL CALL CENTER
A qualified customer service 24/7, with actual operator during the day and answering machine during the night. Our Call Center service provides a real time support for hardware and software problems of field devices. If requested, the service can be connected to the customer’s toll-free number.

EXTENDED WARRANTY
With all of our products, we offer an extended warranty of different duration depending on the product and with two levels of service:
- Silver: best effort
- Gold: problem resolution within 5 working days after receiving the faulty product.

TAILOR-MADE PROJECTS
The experience and competence of Sidora IT department allow each client to receive the correct support in order to identify the best possible solution to any problem.

INSTALLATION
The service of installation of each device to the electrical panel and/or point-to-point is exclusively carried out by our qualified staff. As an alternative, Sidora is willing to train the customer’s field staff.

CUSTOMIZED PLATFORM
After careful feasibility analysis, Sidora can develop a software integration according to specific customer requirements. Although as a standard the service is enjoyable in SaaS, it is possible to purchase the license and install it on the proprietary service.
